  • From Dubrovnik

The nearest international airport to Mljet is Dubrovnik airport (DBV) placed 20 km eastern from the city. The airport is well connected by public transport or shuttle bus to the main Dubrovnik port – Port Gruž. Once you have arrived to the port, just get onboard the catamaran and in one hour smooth sail, you will be on the Mljet island.

Passengers traveling by car need to drive to the Port of Prapratno, small place next to the ancient city of Ston on the peninsula Pelješac, located 60 km northwest of Dubrovnik.

From Dubrovnik to port of Prapratno takes just one hour of easy driving following the D8 Adriatic Highway passing by interesting and beautiful small places along Dubrovnik riviera. Coming to Ston, take a break and enjoy for a moment in the city famous for oysters and wine, monumental walls and saltworks.

To get to Mljet from the direction of Split, Zagreb or from elsewhere western of Peljesac Peninsula, follow the A1 motorway to the town of Ploce where it ends. From there, take D8 Adriatic Highway till intersection to the Ston city on Peljesac Peninsula
