Project "Sea Odyssey"

This project develops a new form of active and adventurous tourist product in the waters of Mljet, which is known for the preservation of the coast, extremely interesting geological phenomena and natural beauty.

Project goal is to offer a unique experience of untouched nature with elements of active and adventure tourism. The special feature of this activity is usege of transparent kayaks made of fiberglass which make visitors feeling of floating on the sea surface. This project increases the attractiveness and attendance of extremely well-preserved sites while relieving other oversaturated tourist destinations on the island.

The project successfully contributes to the development of tourism in underdeveloped areas and diversification of tourism offer in order to raise the tourism competitiveness. The implementation of the project relies to the environmental protection policy improving universal efforts for the quality of natural resources savings as well as the responsible and sustainable management of the tourist offer.
